As you consider transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) as a mental health treatment option, it is important to research health care providers. Selecting your provider is almost as important as choosing the treatment itself, as a trustworthy, empathetic, and experienced provider can support your progress toward positive mental health and wellness.
Here are some of the factors you should consider when deciding how to choose a TMS provider. If you have more questions, please reach out to us. Our TMS treatment providers at AMS Health & Wellness specialize in providing high-quality mental health treatments to our patients.
Your mental health should be a top priority, so you should only obtain mental health treatment from a trusted provider. Your prospective provider should be highly qualified and offer a strong TMS treatment program with compassionate service. Here are some ways you can research potential providers:
Taking the time to research your options is always a good idea before choosing your TMS provider.
One of the most important factors to consider when choosing a TMS provider is the quality of the treatment. At AMS Health and Wellness, we offer NeuroStar advanced TMS therapy—the #1 physician-recommended TMS treatment. This well-known treatment is painless for most patients, requires no downtime for recovery, and could provide relief in as little as two months.
In addition to quality, consider the qualifications of each prospective provider. You should only trust licensed medical professionals with your mental health treatment. At AMS Health & Wellness, our team of interdisciplinary, qualified mental health specialists provides a nurturing and supportive environment for your treatment. Another critical consideration is the level of patient care. You want an empathetic provider who treats their patients with compassion.
When selecting a TMS provider, each of these factors is essential for your future mental wellness. At AMS Health & Wellness, we support you at every stage of your treatment, ensuring you receive the personalized care and expertise you deserve.
